Format

Charm City Volleyball is excited to be hosting its 25th annual tournament. We are offering AA, A, BB and B divisions!  Each division will need to have at least four teams paid and confirmed by April  5, 2010. If this threshold is not met, the tournament will make the slots available to other divisions. The tournament is capped at 36 teams.

Pool Play will consist of four matches of two games each for all divisions. Double Elimination begins Sunday, April 25th. At the conclusion of play, awards and trophies will be presented to Gold, Silver and Bronze finishers as well as All stars and MVPs.

 

Schedule of Events:

          Friday April 23th, 2010

          7-11pm: Sign-in Registration at the Hippo (One West Eager St, Baltimore MD)

 

          Saturday April 24th, 2010

          8 am: Volleyball House opens

          8:15 am: Late Sign-in Registration at Volleyball House

          8:30 am: Captains Meeting.

          8:45 am: Pool Play commences.

 

          8:30pm: Seeding Party

 

          Sunday April 24th, 2010

          7:30am: Volleyball House opens

          8am: Double Elimination Play commences.

Fee Schedule:  

$350. Super Reduced Fee (Deadline Feb 27th, 2010)  -- $363 if using paypal

$375. Reduced Fee (Deadline March 15th, 2010) -- $387 if using paypal

$400. Regular Fee – Must be received prior April 10, 20  -- $412 if using paypal

Fee is for teams of 7. Extra players are $35 each.  -- $37 if using paypal

Your team is registered when payment arrives, not when it is post dated. Personal checks accepted until April 1st, after which payment must be in form of a bank check or money order.
